Ed Baines's converted French butcher's shop (with meat hooks and marble tabletops) is one of London's buzziest champagne-oyster bars -- right in the middle of Soho. Go for the Loch Fyne oysters, crab, or lobster with chips. At peak time you'll spend 15 minutes at the bar waiting for a seat, but it's worth it.
