Since opening this Dutch flagship shop in May of 2003, the Greek chain Coco-Mat has been crowded with customers seven days a week, here trolling for deliciously comfortable orthopedic beds, ergonomic sofas, and tables, curtains, lush towels, and bedding hard to resist. Glass floor panels reveal the downstairs area, which is devoted to children's furnishings and a range of endearingly comical soft toys. The service is unique for Holland, as the staff welcomes you with Greek hospitality, replete with gifts of olive oil, wine, and nut-filled figs; they'll even press a glass of fresh fruit juice which you can enjoy in the peaceful garden.
