Sluizer is actually a twin restaurant with a bistrolike atmosphere that serves meat on one side and fish on the other. Both areas are simply decorated and unpretentious and are known for good food prepared without an excess of either fanfare or creativity. Because the prices are right and the service swift, it is crowded every night with a predominantly business crowd.
