Granted, the fare is not representative of the heights of Chinese cookery, but the belly-packing and energizing properties of dim sum are still renowned the world over, and the ones found here are turned out by the city's leading producer of these steamed and sticky hors d'oeuvres of sorts. The buffet is supplemented by more dubious approximations of fried rice, noodles, vegetable dishes, and crispy fried pork and chicken.
