How do I find an Expedia Special Rate (ESR) hotel?

To find an Expedia Special Rate (ESR) hotel conduct a search using our hotel search wizard. ESR hotels are distinguished by a yellow stripe across the top of the hotel description area and are labeled with “Expedia Special Rate”. All non-ESR hotels feature a blue stripe, and cannot be claimed with the Expedia Price Promise.

How do I make an Expedia Price Promise claim?

You must provide our customer service representatives with all requested information relating to the competitor quote including:

• the address of the website on which the quote was obtained,
• the name of the hotel, and any price inclusions,
• the airline and flight number and
• the travel dates used to obtain the hotel or flight quote.

What can I use the coupon for?

You can use an Expedia Price Promise coupon when booking a minimum 2 night stay in an ESR hotel or international holiday package. Bookings and travel purchased with an Expedia Price Promise coupon must be completed by March 31, 2009.
