Sydney Swans Match Ball Promotion Terms and Conditions

Entry into the Expedia Sydney Swans Match Ball Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The competition is open from Saturday 12 April 2008 to Friday 29 August 2008. All entries must be received by the promoter between 12.01am on the opening date and 11.59pm on the closing date for each draw (see schedule below). Entries received after each closing date/time will not be accepted for the applicable draw.
To be eligible to participate in the Expedia Sydney Swans Match Ball Promotion, entrants must make a valid booking through the booking wizard at:
- http://swans.expedia.com.au, or
- http://www.sydneyswans.com.au/Travel/tabid/9247/default.aspx
In order for a booking to be valid, it must include any one of the “Product” choices in section 3 of the booking wizard. These choices are;
- Flight
- Hotel
- Car
- Flight + Hotel
- Flight + Hotel + Car
- Flight + Car

If no valid booking is made within the booking window for a given draw, then no match ball will be awarded from that draw.

Prize - The prize for each draw will be one (1) AFL football used during a Sydney Swans match. The match ball received will be as per the schedule above. The estimated value of the prize is $100.

Winners will be randomly drawn from the competition barrel. Once an individual has made a valid booking through http://swans.expedia.com.au or http://www.sydneyswans.com.au/Travel/tabid/9247/default.aspx, the individual will be entered in the competition barrel.

In the event that the winner is not able to be contacted for a period of three months, then a redraw will take place.

The draw will take place at 9am on the Monday following each closing date, at Expedia Australia Pty Ltd offices, Level 5, The Plaza Building, 95 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Winners will be announced on the website http://swans.expedia.com.au by each Wednesday following the draw closing date. All winners will also be notified by phone or email within two (2) days of the draw. Upon being contacted, winners must provide a shipping address to which Expedia Australia can send the relevant match ball prize. If a winner cannot provide a shipping address within six weeks of the notification, then the winner will forfeit his/her prize.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The winners consent to the use of their identities and/or photographs for advertising and promotional purposes by the promotion organizers.

Employees of Expedia Australia Pty Ltd, and their immediate families including household members are not able to participate.
