"It was good. They ran out of bottled water and there are no phones in the rooms, so it’s hard to get in touch with front office."

"Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable. "
