“Not a great hotel in Zagreb”
The hotel is a large, unattracive hotel not too far from the main sights, but we would not stay there again.
“Excellent place to stay in Zagreb”
I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Customer service starting from the front desk and up to the room service was striving to meet and exceed our expectations. Old town was in the close walking distance from the hotel. I strongly recommend travelers to consider Westin hotel as their top choice for staying in Zagreb.
