We are very sorry Kevin, but we do NOT offer late check in and you were aware of our opening hours as you received 4 emails about it and you chose to ignore them. Your travel insurance should pay for flight delays and other circumstances.

Looks like we missed the mark here, really appreciate the feedback which helps us sort out these issues.Crockery and all other utensils are fresh and clean in the dining room where they are cleaned by our staff

As you are likely aware, the police have been engaged due to your alleged misconduct and the damages incurred during your stay in our facility. The total cost of the damages currently stands at 1568.00. We intend to pursue legal action to claim these damages, as the credit card you provided for payment has been found to be fraudulent.

Thank you David for your review, although in the last 10 years operating we had all our disabled people praising the room without a doubt. The bathroom as well as the bedroom are to Australian Standard and fully approved. The doors are all 920mm which is 100mm wider than the required measurement.

To book a room at a resort and cannot even walk 5 m to reception is very weird. Every Hotel in world requieres check in before entering. So YES we do as well.
