The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed with a built-in wardrobe and also has a sliding glass door access to the side patio. The 3rd bedroom hosts 2 singles beds and a built-in wardrobe.
The Anchorage features a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of room to relax and large windows to take in the views of the canal.
This property has a large patio and grassed area which join the waterfront, perfect for entertaining your family and guests.
Nabilla Court is a quiet cul-de-sac located in the Yamba Canals. This unit features a small private beach area and boat ramp. Launch your boat at the Witonga Boat Launch just around the corner from Nabilla Court and navigate your boat around to your own private jetty.

A weeks stay in Yamba early March 2024
Property was clean, having a boat pontoon was great, it’s why we chose. Boat ramp next street over, so really close to put in and out. Quite neighbourhood. Loudest noise was the fish splashing around at night. Mullet? Had visits from some water dragons in the mornings. Could do with air conditioning, fans were okay. We stayed in Early March 24. Still a bit of humidity, like everywhere. Expect a few mozzies, but with a mozzie coil it was lovely to get outside looking over the canal. A little drive to Coles, but not that far. It’s a bit further to “Yamba” town centre.
Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2024
