As we are emerging from a very quiet period we have found that certain things like batteries etc are in need of replacement after not being in use. I hope you will visit again one day soon I can certainly assist with finding you a more comfortable bed. Call the resort and we will be happy to assist.

Woodgate Beach is the perfect place to unwind and relax that's for sure!

Excellent, if your looking to unwind for a longer stay, we have two bedroom beach houses that will accommodate a longer stay :)

I'm very sorry for your unhappy experience, regarding the dog, it is not a new rule just one that has not been adhered to in the past. As you know I did not have any notice of your dog's arrival, however was happy to accommodate you in any case. I'm unsure as to why you were told there was a fenced area, but again please accept our apologies. Regarding the cleanliness, I can only try to ensure our cleaners do a better job in the future. I do appreciate your positive feedback on some of what our premises have to offer. Its unfortunate you are one of the few who haven't loved everything we have to offer, but we can only improve with quality feedback. So thank you

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We were delighted to hear that you enjoyed another 'chilled out break' at Woodgate! We would like to sincerely apologise that you found the furnishings in your beach house a little tired and items in need of further cleaning. The issues that you raised are certainly not of the high standard for which we strive. We have a wonderful team of housekeepers who work really hard to ensure that the presentation of our accommodation is to the highest possible standard throughout the year, however during the busy Christmas and New Year season we do rely on the assistance of additional staff and it appears that we have not met the standards we strive to achieve and for that we are very sorry. We will also pass on the owners of the beach houses your comments in relation to the furniture and fittings. Unfortunately there was a very small area of pebblecrete on the pool floor that had lifted. As you can appreciate we didn't want to disappoint our guests by having to close the entire pool for a period of time to carry out repairs during the very busy season. This work is now being attended to. We thank you for your feedback as it helps us make positive changes for the future and we hope to welcome you back for many more happy beach holidays!
