ramp, BBQ, picnic and tennis facilities
* 4 Minute walk to IGA supermarket, Chemist and other shops
* Great car parking facilities at house and in car park opposite.

Convenient and cosy family accommodation
We were very happy with the family friendly cosy accommodation. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided as support in advance and was easy to reach. Proximity to the beach and the playground across the street was great for our grandchildren. We had a relaxing stay here and hope to return. Thank you Fleur, you have been a great host.

December extended weekend
Brilliant location, close to beach and golf course. Walking distance to shops and short drive to Kiama main centre. Place is well equipped and has a really nice aspect. Was perfect for a short getaway with young kids.

Our family enjoyed this renovated beach house on the doorstep of Jones Beach. Perfect walking distance to nearby shops, park and beach and short drive to Kiama.

Amazing. The location is everything! Iga and coffee shops are just 200m from the door. The beach and park is across the road. Short drive into kiama. Perfect. I want to live there.

So, so good
Just got back from our weekend at Kiama Aspect and I want to head straight back! Such a lovely house, perfectly situated across from a playground and beach, with big open windows/deck at the front so you can take advantage of the view. The house is well furnished and very clean. The full cupboard of board games and books was an extra bonus. Our two kids, aged 2 and 4, were in heaven. Both Philip the owner, and Kate, the cleaner/manager, were very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience and I can't recommend it highly enough.
