"We booked flat # 11 but given flat #45, it was not cleaned and ready on time. The facilities were not complete; we had to struggle to get internet connectivity. The AC is poor. The TV does not have Netflix or the Dstv is good. Furnitures are not to standard. No wine opener. No reminder, no follow ..."
