I was very pleased with this property and may go back here at the end of my trip to stay a couple more days. This round, I was only there for less than 20 hours so I really did not fully get to enjoy it. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

The staff was very hospitable and attentive! Every member that spoke to me was concerned with my comfort and very nice. Wouldve loved to stay a lot longer! The food at the surrounding restaurants was splendid! Definitely recommend!

Lovely room, spacious bathroom, Morden decor and a wide range of restaurants, advise the steak house (note: if you want a large meal for a relatively good price, may I recommend the ‘Texan Pork Belly’: you won’t regret it)

I booked the most expensive room on Expedia website was downgraded to the lowest because the room was not accessible for me. This was and is the only fault of Expedia because on the website of Expedia the Family Loft room is advertised as „Wheelchair-accessible“, but could be reached by stairs only! Therefore I expect a compensation from Expedia.

Fantastic facilities at a beautiful hotel. The Sky Bar was a particular treat. Service in the courtyard a bit pedestrian at times but Jessica in particular was superb and the cleanliness and overall experience was first class. Thank you very much and we will be back to your magnificent country

Great place, highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, we had a great stay. The staff were wonderful although service was sometimes slow. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Fabulous sky bar with sunset views. Our room was very comfortable with an enormous bed, good shower and a lovely large and sunny balcony. Close to restaurants ( some on site not belonging to the hotel) and the few attractions in Windhoek. Plenty of parking also.Really the only disappointment was that there was no swimming pool but for a fee or with a treatment we were able to use the pool at the on site spa. The spa could do with more sun beds and replacing the towels which were worn and stained but the treatments we had were excellent.

Refreshing and Great Stay
My stay was amazing, and the staff was indeed friendly especially the lady that was by the reception on my last day. They also arranged for a covid test with a nurse that was also so kind. The restaurant service on the last day was so slow, and previous day the order wasn’t so accurate, some additional service training maybe required there. I noted my booking indicated i would receive a free bottle of wine in the room and it was not there, i didnt ask though. Great stay

Disappointing
Don’t get room over looking car park,it is not pretty also it is below the Skybar that had pumping music going on from 2pm. Bed was incredibly hard.

Exceptional service oriented staff! ! They arranged for our Covid test to be done at 5:40pm after we came back from our 2 week tour of the country. We had our results by 11am the following day. The testing was done in our room! Excellent restaurants close by. We would certainly stay there again.

The property is beautiful and decor is stunning. The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond to satisfy the guests. The proximity of the five on-site restaurants (2 of them within the hotel) is very convenient. Also, they are all top-class restaurants. The on-site spa, with pool, is also great. Will definitely be returning.

What a difference a week makes. Came back for a night before the flight home. Totally different experience. Air con in the room was asthmatic. Taken to two other rooms where it was worse. Maintenance people not available so had to put up with it. Not ideal when it's 30 degrees out. Staff didn't really seem to care that much. Went to the Sky Lounge. Menu seemed different this time so ordered small bites. They were quite poor. And food took 40 minutes to arrive. This time around we didn't have to get up early, but because the curtains let so much light through, it's difficult to sleep after 6am. Breakfast was decent again though.

Am Weinberg
The hotel has to be among the best if not the best in the entire country. Have been fortunate in past 50 years to stay in hundreds of top class resorts and hotels all over the world , so think am qualified to pass an informed opinion. I would place the am Weinberg in my top 3 favourite residences , have no hesitation in recommending as a short mefium or long term stay .
