"Far too many long-term residents and they are very chummy with the staff. Up yelling and screaming in the common room, calling indoors without meaningful comments from staff. I felt like we were guests in THEIR house. No secure storage in the dorms. Eva at the front desk was great with local suggestions."

"A very nice and relaxing stay. The staff were polite and welcoming on check in, and our apartment was located on the top floor overlooking Port Stephens bay. As it's winter the indoor pool and spa area were perfect. The Ramada is directly across from water with Shoal Bay Country Club right next door. The Game Fish Club and other restaurants and cafes are near by. "

"I love the design of the QT hotels, they are so much more inviting because they are aesthetically pleasing. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. They are very on top of the service. Parking is super easy, we were able to get parking last minute. The beds were so comfortable too! "
