"The staff, facilities and amenities were wonderful. The water is clear and great easy areas to snorkel. Lots of food options within the resort and next door. It you have a choice regarding what building to stay in, the one that's along the beach closest to chill bar. You'll see the sunset from there. The "spa" is simply a treatment room but the massage and service was excellent. I heard many rave about outside massage as well. They provide reusable water bottles and a beach bag. Definitely a nice touch. The personal at the dive shop was not the friendliest my first visit but did a great job the following day. Overall I would highly recommend. Super relaxing! We did not leave the resort the entire time we stayed!"

"Overall , it’s a beautiful resort . Majority of the staff was very helpful. Some not so much . One thing I hate about the resort is the dining accommodations . In order to eat at one of the reservation restaurants you have to book the day prior . I flecked in on a Monday around 5pm. That meant I didn’t have an option for Monday for a nice sit down dinner , as well as Tuesday . I booked a reservation for Wednesday . The only time slot available was for 6pm . I had an excursion that ended well after 5:30 pm. So basically, I was stuck eating at the buffet my whole trip . Very disappointing. And no staff attempted to make any accommodations. I was told one thing at check in and another when time to make dinner plans ."

"Breakfast was great, Nahidi the breakfast supervisor was excellent, the pools were great, the bubbles in the rounded small swimming pool beside the main pool does not work but yes in the small rounded swimming pool in front of the reception, the car rental Smart Wheels, gave us an amazing service. The improvement i would suggest is to make sure the front desk staff should be much more friendly i am an hotel manager in Bonaire and for sure i know how important is the front desk staff attitude,"
