"This is the second year in a row that we stayed at this motel/hotel. We stayed on the hotel side last year. The rooms are kept very clean and cleaning staff are excellent. We had 2 issues; the pool was once again not heated (had intermittent issues too) and we were once again disappointed not to be able to use the pool again (just too cold to stay in the pool…we tried to use it but did not want to get sick)…kids were really the only ones using the pool and not for long periods).
Our second issue was extremely noisy neighbors on our floor after 10:30 pm (signs are posted on the property saying quiet time 10:30 pm - 8:30 am)…I got woken up 2 nights in a row because they were talking and laughing so loudly and had trouble falling back to sleep both nights (had to put white noise on in order to drown out their noise). I told the Manager Rose the next day (stays on the property) but was quite annoyed to learn that she also heard them but said that she could not tell them to be quiet because they were on their in the rooms…and to annoy me even more, she told me that I could tell them if they do not quiet down, to threaten them with telling Management or calling the police…her not handling guests not following the posted rules really was ridiculous and we decided not to come back here again, combined with the pool issue during both of our visits!!"
