“Friendly staff comfortable rooms.”

After a long drive through TX we were greeted by a very friendly staff very help full with any questions we asked. On arriving in our clean and spacious room we received a call just to make sure all was well. We did ask for more towels which was no problem. Pool was clean and well maintained. We stay at many hotels on our time on the road and this one had by far the best breakfast although located in a small area it is close to Wichita Falls and is very quite.

“Hampton Inn burkburnett”

In addition to the room being vey clean and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was very good - much better than most free breakfasts at comparable hotels. This is a very well maintained an operated hotel.

“Comfortable, Clean, Good Service”

We've stayed in this hotel several times while visiting family. Always good service, very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint this trip was being able to smell the cigarette smoke from another floor in the hallway and elevator area. Not terrible, but noticable.

“Ground floor room”

Had a room on ground floor - maybe a little musty? There was a heavy rain the day before. Great staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Spotless bathroom.

“will not be back to this Hampton Inn”

The desk clerk was busy smoking a cigarette under the front canopy and I had to wait for her to finish before she would check me in. She was snippy and in a bad general mood. She checked me into a room at the far end of the hotel on the top floor. I requested a ground floor nonsmoking room days before when I made the reservation. The room had not been cleaned, bed unmade and trash remained from previous guest. Room smelled strongly of smoke. I requested nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and no one would answer for a dozen rings. I went to the front desk and the desk clerk was outside smoking a cigarette. She checked me into a room one door down from the elevator. Room also smelled of smoke but it was late and I was tired from a 12 hour drive that day and went to sleep. I had requested a 6:00 am wakeup call. I woke up at 6:20 and did not get my wakeup call, late for an early morning meeting. General cleanliness of this Hampton is not up to par of other Hamptons I usually stay in. Seems like this has turned into a construction workers hangout and the place is showing some wear and tear. I stayed at this Hampton in January and had delays checking in with the same clerk on that stay. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on my return trip and had a much better experience.
