"Very impressed with the room. It was like a little apartment. Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff working in that area were super nice and kept everything filled up. You didn't need to wait for any food, it was all right there. Will definitely stay again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatus Apartment and would highly recommend it. The property felt very luxurious, clean, and well maintained, and it was absolutely worth the price.The amenities were a standout especially the swimming pool, which was beautiful and relaxing. I also really appreciated the study area, which was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to focus when needed. The gym was well equipped, and the rooftop area was another highlight with great views and a nice atmosphere for relaxing. The entertainment spaces were also a great bonus and made the stay feel even more enjoyable.Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. It felt like a high-end, thoughtfully designed place to stay, and I would definitely come back again in the future."

"My daughter and I were quite comfortable with all accommodations. We did not rely on parking but a quick phone call cleared the way to utilize parking in a garage. Big bonus in busy city areas."

"We stayed here a year and a half-ago and it was a nice place. I’m not sure what’s happened, but the place is so run down. Blood on the sheets, the kitchen chair has leather that’s ripped and falling off. The rugs are dirty and the decorative pillows are old and well-used. The walls and banged up and scratched everywhere from too much use. I would not stay here again. Someone spilled raspberries on the lobby floor (maybe from their groceries being carried in) and they’ve been there for a full-day smashed all over and no one to clean them up. One of the elevators had pee in the corner of it when we used it tonight."

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is that there was a plumbing problem and they would get us to another property from the original property manager and Expedia NOT doing a thing to help 4 of us stranded with no place to stay, we got to the other property. The new property was fine, but the most upsatting thing was dealing with Expedia trying to get a place for us to stay. Expedia tried saying they would cancel the accommodations and get us a Hotel but we would have to pay for the hotel and then wait for any credits or refund on our original booking. HIGHLY unacceptable by Expedia customer service. I am a GOLD member and spend quite a few thousand dollars a year for both business and pleasure and they did NOTHING to make me feel they were taking care of us. We basically lost a day of full work which cost my business over $1500 in non productive work."
