"Was extremely disappointed with Super 8 and when we checked out asked to speak with manager and were told they were unavailable and they’d call us back but never received a call. We will be contacting Wyndham to file complaint. Upon arrival there was a group smoking right outside the main doors so lobby was filled with smoke, front desk attendant said he was going to speak with the group and have them move but he never did. Floors throughout hotel were filthy and overall very run down. There were dogs barking and kids running through the hallways until quite late, seemed very out of control. When we got up in the morning we realized the mattress protector under our sheet was covered in urine stains as was the bed skirt had stains all along it, we were in a pet room so I’m pretty sure the stains were pet urine. Definitely will NEVER stay here again and would obviously never recommend it! Paying almost $300 for the night here was an absolute rip off! Terrible experience:("
