Room was fine only issue was the car park, don’t go in there if you’re not a confident driver because it’s extremely tight

Car park way to tight i scratched my car going down to the second floor as its way to tight i rang hotel they said you park at your own risk and now this stay has cost me £800 to fix my car i will not be staying here again staff didnt seem to care i rang they said i will get manager to ring me back still waiting for a phone call id upload image of car but i cant do that on here shame really people dont park in car park go somewhere else for parking

Amazing location, excellent customer service and quality as expected with Hilton. Was a bit of a building site in reception but I understand that this is necessary to improve and grow the business.

Great Hotel
Great Hotel - STAFF excellent - 5 stars Breakfast excellent - Very clean. Lots of parking but the turning circle between the floors is very tight. Would recommend this hotel short walk to into the main town.

Rooms freezing staff rude was a que to complain each morning no information the heating didn’t work they ran out of electric heaters to give out absolutely decussating the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at needs condemned

Unfortunately the current roadworks make it a bit of a pain to get to the hotel - and are probably responsible for the awful smell at the entrance. The escalators up to the reception and bar area mean that this awful smell makes it this far. Ewwww. Everything else was lovely though!

The room was ok but it and the corridors were a bit smelly. The bathroom was old with some cracked tiles, broken shower fitting, and the shower didn’t work properly

My husband and I had a short stay at the Hilton Leeds City Hotel. Great breakfast options. Lovely soft clean towels. Friendly staff good service all round. However this hotel needs to drastically update their cooling system. Although the lounge reception and dining area were cool the bedrooms were unfortunately very hot even though they gave us a fan. Bi would still recommend staying at this hotel but not when the weather is hot

We had couple of issues but the duty manager Hashim was very helpful sorting out the problems and gave us free parking to make up for the pool, spa and sauna being closed. The location was great but the car park is a little tight and driving a 3m long pick up didn’t help.

Good Hotel
Really enjoyed staying at Junior Suite , much bigger room for your comfort, especially with the family. Having the reception at 3rd floor, a little bit odd, but with friendly and helpful staff is a not a big problem. Decent options for a breakfast, with gluten free rolls as well, smoked salmon and pickled hearing. Nice view on the city from the 10th floor.

Hotel dated, room very dusty, carpet could do with a good clean and hoover very dusty and sticky. There is no air con in this hotel, only find out when contact reception to report air con not working, the manager came and brought a fan and mentioned it’s not air con in the rooms, it’s a cool air system that doesn’t work. It’s a shame the standard of Hilton has gone down hill .

I booked this trip to enjoy the pool and spa, unfortunately these facilities had been closed two months prior to our stay. We were all very disappointed as this was the sole purpose of our stay. Also we was given the wrong room, not enough beds. The lady on reception was more than helpful she upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary drinks voucher, she was wonderful overall,fantastic customer service.

Enjoyable stay but a tired look
Well positioned hotel for shopping and centre. For the price I expected a better standard of furnishings and design of room. Clean, friendly staff but the hotel is very tired in places and needs investment to reflect the Hilton brand.
