Convenient location for Brighouse. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet location. Spacious room and easy check-in. Shower was difficult to adjust and only one pillow per person though reception might have been ablr to offer more. Overall very good value and great for an overnight stay to attend an event.

Arrived 8pm. Plastic bag of rubbish still there. Wet towels left in the bath :( Staff managed to get me new towels. TV is very small. Has coffee / tea facilities. Overall, cheap, cheerful and convenient hotel for budget traveller seeking a stopover.

The room is clean despite its wear and tear. Staff are friendly. Good price for one night stay over.

Worn out and expensive for what it is.
It was tolerable, staff were lovely and were the highlight of this establishment. The room was dirty, floors walls, furniture. Mould on the windows. Luckily the bed, toilet and sink were clean. Good appliances supplied but a worn out room. Had a hilariously tiny tv which was fairly impractical. For £45+ a night I expected better, felt like a £35 hotel room so value for money is a bit pants.

Handy for motorway travelling. Not much in the immediate area. Friendly staff, drools are a bit dated but comfortable.

Great but...
Lovely staff nice enough room very sensible price only complaint was lack of on site or even particularly local dining facilities (hard to count the closeby service station and it's expensive BK/Subway options as fitting requirements).

This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay room spotless & beds has comfy as at home no noise problems whatsoever whoever writes bad reviews about this hotel don’t know what sort of houses they live in will definitely return again thanks to all the staff

We ended up in the accessible room which had no furniture except the two single beds, which could not be put together. The decor is old, tired and very bland. The toilet in the bathroom is so tall as to be difficult to use as an able bodied person and I would imagine even more difficult for a disabled person. All in all not a very pleasant stay.

It was in a motorway, so very easy to get to by car. You can drive anywhere from there easily. If you dont have a car and take the train you need a cab to go anywhere. Places to eat are there next door
