THE BEACH HOUSE - beach-chic luxury just steps from Long Bay beach

"The Beach House is beautifully appointed yet extremely welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor living space is amazing, we had a hard time justifying leaving the house to explore the island. This was the perfect spot to come back to to celebrate our 20th anniversary. If you have the chance, splurge and have a private Chef provide you with in Villa dining. Truly a dream vacation! We will be back!"

"Great communication from the host and concierge. Concierge met us and escorted us to the property and showed us all the features. Beautiful home and beautiful view. Plenty of towels/linens/kitchen supplies. Would stay here again! The drive is not easy but we got the hang of it. Like other reviews mention, you'll need 4WD."
Villa Sirenetta-Minutes from the beach!

"I had to think hard about this review as the property has fantastic views and is large with full a/c. The location is high up and whilst you can walk to the beaches it's a real slog back up and I'm a walker. The property is all functional but is getting tired so not as modern as some in the area, the biggest issue was that there is an iguana issue around and in the pool which meant we couldn't use the pool for more than half of our stay. The owner dealt with things quickly but it was still a shame. Others have mentioned the palm tree hitting the roof in high winds. Its very dark with no street lights so it can feel a little isolated at night, you are effectivly in a small clearing in the forest. The area is fantastic and you are near the best beaches on the island. Driving is fun but not an issue as long as you watch for the drainage ditches. We went to Jost and Gorda by ferry which is recommended. We used the bar at West end marina which was reasonable and the supermarket there is pretty good. We had a great stay on Tortola but felt the property was not quite up to par for the price."

"Val was excellent. I was able to connect with him via WhatsApp. He was very responsive and had High Tide ready for us. Relaxing location, within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants, Sebastian's for casual dining, and Sugar Mill Hotel for a fine dining experience. A steep hill is between you and the beautiful Long Bay beach, definitely worth the morning's exercise."
