The room was very noisy from the heating things on the roof probably. The lack of on site parking was a nuisance. Had to park elsewhere and pay. The building has signage on front of building say there is parking.

Great central city location but no parking and access to building is very difficult in a car. Bed very good and amenities very good.

Location is a key. Easy to access surroundings from eating to shopping. The receptionist Cassey, was so friendly and helpful in lending a hand.

Nice quiet clean apartment. Liked the soft bed. Had everything you need. Lost a star for the stained sofa. That should be replaced as no-one would want to sit on it. Other negative is no onsite parking which was problematic for us.

Didn’t appreciate the wake up fire drill. Staff should be trained in this more appropriate times like late afternoon not disturbing guests who are not relevant for future potential fires.

Hi Geraint, We have no control of when there are fire evacuation drills; Fire Link initiates a surprise drill for staff to test us and make sure we are up to standard with our evacuation process, which we're proud to say we are. If you have a complaint, I would recommend contacting Fire Link directly. I hope the rest of your 4-day stay was great, and that this one uncontrollable event didn't affect the whole experience!

The only thing we didn't like about the property was no on-site parking, which was almost problematic. Other than that, the property was great. We would definitely stay again. Very clean and comfortable.

Modern apartment , great space , close to restos, comfortable bed . Helpful and friendly guy at the desk . I just would like to suggest option for earlier check in . We were allowed to leave our bags but the room we left our belongings seem like a dumping area for cleaning supplies and stuff and a picture of chaos .

We stayed 1 night here and it was perfect for our purposes. Comfortable, quiet, good room facilities, with in walking distance of some great attractions and friendly service. I would only recommend they perhaps have the air conditioning looked at coz it was a bit cold and we weren't able to adjust it. Overall would definitely use this facility again if the opportunity came up.

Below average stay, could be better. You get what you pay for with these apartments and they didn’t deliver on what was promised in the photographs accompanying the booking. Both rooms had internal windows, one had no natural natural light whatsoever, the external windows didn’t open so there was no fresh air at all. Not good if you experience any kind of claustrophobia. The remote for the TV was missing and there were large and questionable stains on the furniture, disgusting. The drinking glasses were missing and mismatched, as well as not sufficient mugs. No chopping board in the kitchen. The shower could have been cleaner. Possibly ex-student accommodation and the wear & tear was obvious.

Great inner city location. Easy walk around town to the main attractions. The no on site parking was a bit annoying but not too major as there is a cheap parking building across the road. All in all, this worked really well for our family for a few nights.
