"The parking situation is outrageous - we had to park in overflow parking 3 blocks away from the hotel, and paid $98 for two nights. There was a shuttle bus to and from the parking lot but you had to wait for it - and if you walked , there was no sidewalk in the lot street. Also, there’s no locker room / change rooms for the pool. There are 2 large unisex bathrooms, that’s it."

"Every one was very helpful at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was okay. Price wise a better deal than other restaurants. The hotel location is perfect as you can walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants My only issue is that housekeeping never came into our room to even empty the trash. Had to request fresh towels, as someone did enter the room and removed the dirty towels, but never provided us with more towels."

"Honestly I wish I could give this hotel a 0 stars this place is horrible and If you own a truck forget parking in the underground parking they do not warn you at all what vehicles can and can’t go in there got yelled at by the staff my room door would not lock so it was open for everyone to steal everything so we moved rooms just to find out the key card scanner doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in took us 1 hour each day of the trip to get into our hotel room not to mention none of the outlets worked and the manager refused to give the night for free considering we were dealing with this till 12am and we got there right at check in honestly gross and horrible place I will not ever be staying here btw check your doors they might not lock when you leave. Horrible experience save yourself time and money"
