BBQ area disgusting not maintained at all could not use it. Cutlery knives were blunt. Rooms were not severed carpet not vacuumed after a 3 day stay. Had to request extra toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid

Room and bathroom dirty table and chairs filthy. Grease marks all over dining chairs. Very noisy due to branches of tree behind the room constantly banging and rubbing against roof wall where bed was against and wooden fence. Also big problems and small crawlies particularly in bathroom

The staff are lovely and very friendIy. Rooms are very large and spacious, they are also clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting some new pillows though as they feel very thin and not very comfortable. Great location, close to botanic gardens and about a 20 minutes stroll into town. Free onsite parking is a plus as well! Overall a great stay and would stay again. Thank you.

Nice and Quiet with a little playground perfect for kids, If there was anything to complain about it would be that there was some Ants in the room, there was evidence that the problem had tried to be solved, however they were still there. No big deal for us though, we had a great time.

Excellent & comfortable stay for family with kids
Great size rooms with good quality comfortable beds for a family of 4 or 5. Free covered parking right outside the room was very convenient. The housekeeping service was not bad, beds made well, rubish emptied, and general cleaning done. Except for the floor and carpet vacuuming was not done. This was the only disappointment. Overall good stay value for money.

The lady at reception and cleaning staff was really friendly. We just had a few issues with ants in the apartment. The place was kept really clean otherwise. The apartment itself is a slightly older building and the air con didn’t keep the place as cool as we would’ve liked. You get what you pay for to be honest.

Our stay was very plesant, had everything we needed for a week away. Our only gripe was the quueen bed. The single beds were all very comfortable but the queen bed was bad, it wasn't comfortable at all and we woke every morning with sore backs.
