We chose Advance for its pet friendly option. Staff were incredibly helpful and our greyhound had two very good nights sleep in with us. We need more hotels to be like this. ❤️

Friendly and clean. Because this motel allows dogs, guests are very chatty and approachable. It’s basic accomodation, but has everything you need for an overnight stay

Ok hotel. But disappointed they wait till you book and pay to say you have to pay $30 per dog per night. When you have to small dogs this is a rip off

The person in reception was unhelpful. The car park allocated for the room was taken. The fridge was switched off and stunk. The little bikkies to have with a cuppa were jatz - not sweet biscuits. Just not a great experience.

Unit was tired, plates were dirty in cupboard. No fly wire on our unit window but on most other units. (Mosquitos bad) When asked reception got told no fly wire, too bad! No effort to rectify issue. Friend travelling with us was given wrong bed setup, (that they had booked twin and paid for) and was told by reception to get a pull out was significant additional cost, even though motels error. Not happy!

The coffee table was jammed up in between the window & the main bed to make room for the extra bed we required; this was a trip hazard during the night. I would recommend that the table was removed altogether. I think the accommodation was over-priced for what we experienced.

The motel is pet friendly, with a surcharge. There is a large grassy area behind the motel for dogs, not fenced.location is good and rooms are clean though not serviced daily. Beds are comfortable and netflix was available

Property was clean, but 24 hr checkin was by phone to an impatient person who told me the room was open. Its 9pm in winter, the room was cold - the AC/ heater remote was NOT for the head unit and would not stay on. other guests arrived at around 11pm and were very noisy

Excellent place to stay great management- cost friendly and pet friendly (plenty of grass for your dog to run around) people with their dogs always seem to happier for some reason which just adds to the friendly atmosphere

A very tidy motel with one very big advantage as they let you stay with your dog. This is so hard to find on the long drive between Sydney and Melbourne and I am so grateful. Very friendly staff!
