"Very disappointed with stay. Breakfast was cold had to microwave to heat up potatoes and
egg. There wasn't cleaning services done for our room for a three night stay. We had to be asking for towels and toilet paper. The halls on our floor no air conditioning, texas heat this was uncomfortable. Our room near air vent had black green spots not sure if mold but very suspicious. We didnt have time with busy schedule to try and change rooms so didnt ask. Overall I have stayed at hyatts before and this didnt meet the quality at all of others we have stayed at."
