"While we did not sign up for the buffet breakfast, it was lovely to come in at the end of the day and have citrus-infused water and a small croissant available to take up to the room. The bar was also available to grab a drink and sit inside in the library area, or outside on the sidewalk seating during nice weather."

"We arrived to a lovely warm friendly welcome for our 5 night stay, The staff here are so helpful and chatty. My room was spacious and clean, The rooms are cleaned on request every 2nd day which is easy to arrange and i prefer this because you don't get woken by knocking on the door. If you need more towels etc you can request these any anytime via reception or whatsapp , I ordered some towels via whatsapp and they arrived within 10 minutes. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. I also had 2 free bottles of water in the fridge. The safe and AC are easy to use, The Tv can also connect to your mobile phone so you can stream. There is a record player and you can pick records from reception to play in your room. The rooms are very quiet and I found the bed very comfy and had some of the best sleep. The roof top bar is also amazing we booked through Expedia so was given some 20% of food and drink vouchers, We spent most nights after coming back up here. I would recommend this place to any one reading this, Its not far from bus stops or Ubahn. To the owners, Great staff are hard to find, You have great fantastic friendly staff that worked very hard to make my stay amazing. Treat them well they are the key to your great hotel brand."

"Hotel was in a good location for Schonbrunn palace and gardens (right across the road and glorious views across vienna) and although not in the city centre it was conveniently next to the metro system which was efficient and easy to navigate. The reception were helpful as we arrived early but we were able to park the car and leave our cases until check in time to explore, and they gave us helpful advice on where to grab some lunch (gloriette in the palace gardens) and where to find the metro. The hotel looked slightly dated but it was clean and the family room we had for 4 people was large and enough space for 4 adults. It was a good base to exploring and the staff were all lovely. I had not realised the parking was an additional 25 euros a night though so just remember to factor that in if you are on a roadtrip"

"Very clean, + good amenities in room. Finding rooms was a bit challenging at first and one room had windows that opened onto the garbage cans for the building. Same price. Really great convenience for biking travelers. Good find, close to a large park & the downtown shopping/dining district."
