The main part of the hotel is a modern building housing reception, restaurant and a number of rooms. We stayed in a room in the old castle a short walk from the main building that was far more atmospheric. The castle was cold on arrival but after pointing this out the heating was turned on. The food in the restaurant was great with plenty of choice, staff were helpful and friendly. The castle was either shabby chic or in need of renovation, we were woken the following morning by workmen fitting new windows in the room below so perhaps it is being renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing and quiet shabby chic . Loved our time there but there's a problem with our bill we were charged twice for the bill and they have ignored all are emails it was a 299€ over payment

Beautiful
Overnight stay with family of two teens. Was able to access leisure facilities early, and stay late on day of departure. Beautiful setting, amazing swimming pool, games room and tennis court to keep boys entertained. Staff are very helpful, restaurant is fine dining, would recommend.

Only stayed overnight. Restaurant excellent. Room furnishings “tired”, felt the place could do with a makeover but very pleasant. Wonderful surroundings but hard to find . Could have done with better signposting

Great stop over with very spacious family room
I read some poor reviews of this hotel but don't understand why. We loved it it and had a family room which included two bedrooms, one for the adulta and one for the children. Both rooms and the bathroom were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and playing table tennis on the afternoon of our arrival and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and wine in the evening.

Chateau de Perigny - idyllic stop near Poitiers
Lovely quiet location in large grounds. Chateau accommodation (suite) was fantastic - extremely spacious and lots of character. A little bit worn around edges but this seemed to fit well with ambiance. Restaurant and breakfast room very nice. Food good and staff very friendly. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool facilities, but we will return when travelling through the area in future. Loved it.

Vackert slott med historiska vingeslag !
Vackra slott där man känner historiens vingeslag. Vänligt slottspar som såg till att vi fick middag, vin och frukost. Fantastiskt vacker slottspark att vandra i Det enda som inte Pasadena mig var sängen alldeles för hård för mig men inte för min man. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Adieu le rêve d'une nuit dans un château!
Si vous venez pour le restaurant, vous allez passer un agréable moment. Qualité, goût, rapidité et efficacité sont au rendez-vous. Mais si c'est pour l'hôtellerie, fuyez. Nous n'avons jamais eu la chambre commandée. Après avoir voulu nous mettre dans une chambre appartement sentant le renfermé avec des meubles d'une propreté douteuse, nous avons été placé au dernier étage du château. La chambre avait une moquette tâchée avec les insectes morts, une cuvette de toilette toute marron et une bonne couche de poussière sur les verres mis à disposition. L'extérieur est magnifique certes mais, pour nous, cela s'arrête là.

Aurait pu être plus propre: toiles d araignée et trace sur le mur de moustiques. RAS au niveau de la literie. Très bon restaurant!

Lit très très très inconfortable, matelas avec des bosses impossible de dormir, chambre 43 Moquette remplie de tâches, pas d’espace dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires Tout est mis sur les extérieurs, grande piscine mais liner qui se décolle, transat en plastique cassé Seul point positif, le restaurant, très bon malgré un service très lent

Avis plus que mitigé...nous sommes déçus
Cadre sympathique et agréable. Petit déjeuner correct, la restauration n'est pas à la hauteur du cadre.Nous avons été dans l'attente du maître d’hôtel de nous servir pour goûter le vin, sans quoi nous avons peur de l'attendre encore et le pain est arrivé au deuxième plat!!! En ce qui concerne la chambre 1- à la mi-novembre chambre glaciale, pas de chauffage ouvert a l'arrivée dans la chambre. 2-Qualité de la literie pas à la hauteur de ce à quoi nous pourrions prétendre. 3-La salle de bain état général plus que moyen, les joints de baignoire sont noirs. Peut être cela est il du au fait que nous bénéficions d'une box?? Les commentaires apportés en ce qui concerne la chambre ne présagent pas de l'ensemble mais se rapportent à la chambre n°5
