The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The view from the window was directly onto a forest, which was nice. However I was surprised that there was no glass in the room or in the bathroom. Very odd!

Big room. close to the central train station by taxi or uber. Good coffee machine at the entrance with delicious coffee, costs 1,5 Euro.

The staff waas very polite and helpful, although the services like cleaning was terrible. Location of hotel is good, and there is a bus that will take you to city center in 15 minutes. The parking is good. Breakfast was pleasent and it was everything an enough of it.

There was a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station which made the journey to the city centre that much longer and more tiring. Also such a walk was not pleasant after nightfall and could be very unpleasant and irritating in cold and wet weather.

The property was in a good location, the cleaning staff were friendly. Overall very decent and we had a pleasant time in Vienna. I particularly didn't like how the staff member on the front desk treated customers. She was largely disinterested and unhelpful. Didn't bother looking up while I was making inquiries and was very curt with my family at our arrival. The elder gentlemen on the front desk were so lovely. They were kind and friendly and engaging. I was initially apprehensive to ask for anything or speak to them because of how the young woman on the front desk had behaved. But they were pleasant surprise and were kind. Also - I had to give a deposit of 10 euro in order to borrow an iron - very strange.

This Hotel is much better than the other one called Arion airport hotel. Very good Hotel.

The staff were really friendly and always happy to help. The room was well kept and spacious and we even got upgraded to a bigger room than we had booked without them even making a deal about doing it, we didn’t even realised until we entered the room. The hotels location is a little outside the town, but only a £10-12 Uber ride away from everything, public transport is also nearby, along with shops and restaurants etc. Such a beautiful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks largely to the hotel which was quiet even when we needed a lie in. We would definitely stay here again

Value for money
Value for money although it’s a bit far from town. But it is not a problem as we was driving. There is an open space parking area near hotel. It’s a bit far if you walk from the train station. We were glad that our room is a duplex with mini kitchen and comfortable bed! Enjoy our stay here!

Past it’s prime but acceptable. The rooms are clean and the staff are great. The room kitchenette has a bigger than normal hotel fridge with a sink and two electric burners. The carpets are _badly_ worn and stained. The mattress is close to non-existent and the pillow was only existed because of the amount of fabric in the pillow case. There is parking in a rather dark and tightfitting garage for 12 Euros a night. They told us there is free parking after seven on the streets, but the street parking is almost always filled. That being said, the location is nice in that it adjoins a city park, it's a cul-de-sac so low traffic noise, and a three-minute walk will take you to one of the bus stops. Take the 360 to the opera house. When you return on the 360 get off at Computer Strasse (4 stops from the opera). It costs 2.40 per person. A five-minute walk along the park path behind the hotel takes you to a good restaurant with a friendly staff called Das Chadim. If you want McDonald’s or Pizza it’s about 10-minute walk, mostly through the park to a shopping area with lots of choices and cuisines.

Absolutely beautiful property and location
An absolutely beautiful place. Even though some reviewers mentioned this place to be far from public transport, this is not the case. You can take the bus 360 to the opera and back round the clock. Friendly staff, spacious room, spotlessly clean sheets. Definitely this will be my place next time I end up in beautiful Vienna. As these guys advertise I felt it to be " My Home Away From Home". Thanks again guys
