"Great location right next to the lake and village. Super friendly staff. Fitness center was a pleasant surprise…much bigger than expected. Hotel also offers private boat tours which are definitely worth the money as it’s by far the best way to experience the lake. Will stay again next time in the area."

"I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room was extremely sparse and lacked basic amenities that most travelers expect. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided, and no hair dryer available. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were sticky, and the bed sheets were stained and had black hairs on them when we arrived. The area outside the rooms was poorly maintained, with garbage and cigarette butts left around for the entire three days of our stay. The TV in our room did not have a remote and would not work on our first day. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were told they could not fix the issue and that we would have to wait until the next day. The pool area was also frustrating. Our room key would not provide access, so we had to find an employee each time we wanted to enter. Additionally, there were no lounge chairs available around the pool to relax on. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, missing amenities, and unhelpful response to issues made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our visit."

"What makes this place great is the staff. Carlos and all his staff are very helpful, kind and concerned as it relates to your stay there. The facility is a bit outdated , like no bedsides plugs and older furniture but it is very comfortable. The breakfast area is too small but well served. You will enjoy staying here!"
