I was in town for a work conference and had a great stay at Hotel Lupori. The staff were great! Friendly and incredibly accommodating.

Family run hotel
Family run hotel and they really seem to care you have a good time. Every small thing to help you was no problem at all. They lent us beach towels and a bag with pleasure.

Fab clean hotel
We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Being a 2 star we were not expecting too much. The room was as good as many 4* resort type hotels we have stayed in. It was very clean, comfy bed, lots of towels. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was nice enough, but a bit overpriced for what it offers. It's in a remote area about 10 minute walk to a shopping street and a small market and some places to eat and about 15 minutes away from the boardwalk. The bed in my room was quite small for my partner and I, but the room was very clean. The staff were perfectly pleasant and helpful. I think the price needs to be lowered a bit based on location and room size.

Quaint hotel near the river
My husband and I stayed here for two nights for work. We didn't need to be near the beach, so the location worked well for us. Hôtel us old, but renovated, clean, with friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay. Internet wasn't very fast, but was free and sufficient.

Nice Hotel. 15 minutes walk from beach.
Hotel Lupori was for lack of a better description OK. It was clean and comfortable enough. If you are looking for something to lay your head down at night without any extras it is perfect. No breakfast included. If driving, parking provided for $20 Euros a day. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to beach.

Good value for money
We wanted somewhere to stay for the last couple of days of our vacation. This place was ideal in the fact that it was affordable and clean. A 10 minute walk to the south end of the promenade. Quiet location with air con in the rooms and a roof balcony which we chilled out on for a while. A pleasant stay exceeding my expectations

Reception molto gentile e disponibile, prezzo per notte in coppia piu che giusto. Stanza confortevole , tv, condizionatore, cassaforte, letto comodo e molto pulito. Bagno molto pulito ,doccia un po piccola. Unica pecca , il posteggio,hanno un loro garage ma lo paghi a parte €20 a notte, mi sembra un po caro.

Hotel très simple. Un peu bruyant. Lit assez petit pour être à deux. Personnel sympa. Pas très bien situé mais pas loin de la plage tout de même 15-20' Agréable pour une nuit.

Zona strategica e centralissima. Hotel molto basico, ma indubbiamente comodo, pulito e con prezzi accettabili. Ripeto non bisogna aspettarsi un hotel di lusso ma una soluzione intelligente. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è disponibile per 20 € a notte, l'hotel non offre colazione

Hotel in centro; sicuramente non comodo per una vacanza. Pulito. Senza colazione, ma pieno di Bar nei dintorni. Un po' esagerato il costo del parcheggio, ma se si è fortunati si riesce a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze! Wifi da migliorare

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il periodo di Pasqua ed abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e confortevole. Hotel molto gradevole e situato in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione della città, che dal viale sul mare dove si concentra tutto il movimento del luogo, perfetto per svagarsi.

Ho prenotato una singola e la tariffa era molto vantaggiosa, la camera spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. Raccomandato per viaggi d'affari. Ascensore dal piano rialzato e parcheggio riservato davanti all'hotel.

L'Hotel dimostra i suoi anni
L'unica cosa positiva, per quello che a me serviva, è stata la sua posizione: per il resto, ho scoperto che la colazione non era prevista e per fortuna c'è un buon bar vicinissimo, ma per il prezzo pagato, il servizio, trattandosi di un hotel e non di un affittacamere, andrebbe compreso. C'è la possibilità del garage, comodo ma caro. La camera era piuttosto minuscola, soprattutto il bagno al limite della vivibilità, ma pulita. Mi aspettavo di meglio.

Buongiorno,che la colazione non è compresa è specificato in pagina di prenotazione.Anche il garage ha il suo costo,ma offre la possibilità di avere posto garantito adiacente l'albergo e soprattutto custodito in massima sicurezza rispetto al parcheggio pubblico in strada.La camera rispetta le misure espresse nella discrezione della tipologia.

DUE STELLE SONO POCHE
Ottimo hotel, abbiamo lasciato la macchina ferma e non l'abbiamo ripresa fino alla partenza.Si raggiunge tranquillamente il lungomare di Viareggio a piedi e anche se si trova vicino al molo la zona è tranquilla e ricca di ristoranti,bar e cinema.Bella la camera tripla, molto grande, con una bella terrazza attrezzata con ombrellone, sdraio e poltrone.In camera c'è anche un frigo che specie in estate può far comodo.Hanno anche un parcheggio coperto a pagamento per 20,00 euro al giorno.Personale molto disponibile e gentile.Si meriterebbe sicuramente 3 stelle.Non avevamo la colazione inclusa quindi su questo non posso esprimere una opinione.

alles ist sauber, kleines hotel, familiengeführt, günstiger preis, gute lage, viele lokale, geschäfte und parks in laufnähe, abends ruhig (gut geschlafen), zum strand laufen oder fahrad fahren, personal hilft beim parken (300m weiter, nix aufgebrochen), klimaanlage funktioniert, ausstattung ist einfach aber alles ist in ordnung und sauber, zur oper (puccini, torre del lago) nimmt man am besten ein taxi (personal hilft), bett könnte breiter sein, insgesamt: preiswert und in ordnung, wir würden wieder hingehen, es gab keine probleme oder unstimmigkeiten..

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella camera 'economy'. In generale è un buon hotel con personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Ottima ed attenta la puizia con il ricambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Molto comodo la presenza del piccolo frigorifero nella stanza.

La cortesia non è il massimo, né del proprietario né della signorina (credo sia la figlia). Camere nella media. La posizione è strategica, pur essendo abbastanza distante dal mare.

un due stelle con sky e wifi
abbiamo passato il week end ospiti di questo albergo. ambiente familiare. eravamo 2 adulti e due bambini. avevamo due camere collegate dall'interno ampie. ogni camera aveva il televisore e pure sky. oltre al wifi gratuito. bagno giusto pulito e con tutto il necessario. per parcheggiare basta attraversare la piazza e c'è ampio parcheggio gratuito. il servizio di pernotto è ottimo. non serve prendere la colazione perchè attaccato c'è un bar con grandissima varietà di paste e cornetti.

Das Hotel ist perfekt zwischen Bahnhof und Strand gelegen. Es ist ein typisches ViareggioHotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht fließend Englisch. Kein Frühstück.

От жд вокзала идти налево до улицы Сан-Франческо (за вторым светофором), потом направо по этой улице до ул. Гальвани (увидите вывеску отеля слева). Всего идти минут 10-15. Если пройти чуть дальше по Сан-Франческо, то будет ресторанчик Adriano - очень рекомендую. Рядом пара кафе, недалеко супермаркет Conad и другие магазины (уточните расположение на ресепшн). До пляжа 15 минут - по Сан-Франческо выйдете на бесплатный клочок песчаного пляжа у стоянки яхт. Дальше – платные пляжи. Тут же улица магазинов с кучей ресторанов. Комната одноместная, без холодильника, хотя на сайте он указан, есть LCD ТВ (только итальянские каналы, но можно с флешки смотреть фильмы). В комнате две розетки, одна – в ванной. Душ – дырка в полу со шторкой, без перегородки для воды. Есть биде, балкон. Wi-Fi бесплатный, но часто не подключается (особенно по вечерам).

Great Family room
Spent a lovely weekend in ViaReggio. The family room is great and all very clean. Staff helpful and kind. Only thing that could be improved on would be the wifi connection which is slow.
