The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had two adjoining rooms that were very clean and spacious. The bed was a little firm but quite comfortable. It was surprising that it wasn't noisier considering we could see the Spanish Steps from our window.

"Very comfortable hotel - prestigeous shopping area"
The hotel staff were most helpful and very professional. The hotel is located in possibly Rome's most upmarket shopping area and a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. It was nice that the hotel takes the trouble to write to you in advance of your arrival with information on your room and the choice of pillows, sheets etc. I was given the impression they really cared and would not hesitate in returning.
delightful studio setting with the most courteous and friendliest staff- an oasis of comfort for frequent traveler fed up with more of the same impersonal service. will go back for every visit to Rome that's for sure.

Fabulous staff and wonderful restaurant. Cafe Romano and the Bond Bar brilliant! Airconditioning was much improved from my last stay! I had an amazing time and the staff and other guests made it memorable!
Although I'd checked lot's of reviews prior to booking this beautiful little town house, I was still a ,little worried as to what we would find. But to my pleasure it was absolutely lovely, very vintage and modern all at the same time. The reception area is small and leads into a few separate rooms to sit and chill and breakfast is also included (delicious).
The room was extremely clean and had everything we wanted. The hotel is within walking distance of just about every tourist site in Rome, other than Vatican City but on a nice day you could actually walk there.
The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own toiletries, the shampoo and shower gel wasn't great, but who goes to Rome for that?!
Edwardian Hotel in amazing condition, it was even better than the photographs. The staff were not especially friendly, the same staff seemed to be on duty most of the time. The gentleman in charge at breakfast was the most pleasant and very efficient, breakfast was more than ample in a beautiful Edwardian dining room. Lovely white bed linen and towels. I would recommend going up to the roof terrace for a cocktail, expensive but lovely view of the Basilica opposite and the Spanish steps. We had a room facing the main street and the was live music on the pavement outside every evening which we enjoyed. We took the tour bus of the City, but catch the first one to ensure a seat upstairs. The city taxi's to and from the airport have a set charge which is displayed on the door & very reasonable. There were plenty of Taxi's from outside the Hotel, make sure to only use the one's with a badge on the door & a meter.
