The property was not updated. The rims were old. Water leaks from the balcony. The balcony furniture was the old 1970”s Wrought Iron set! Hard and very uncomfortable! Carla in the walls in the room. Would not stay at this place again. The restaurants closed super early for it to be an all inclusive resort!

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating to myself and my wife. Adalberto, Cindy, Giovanna, Marcos, Ruben, Nick. Carlos and the list go on and on. This staff members treated us like family. I know a missed quite a few names from the Queen as we called her at the front desk, Veronica the concierge to Emmanuel our driver. Everyone made our first stay in Panama amazing. We cannot leave out the bar tender in the hotel Lobby. He presented us with gifts, professionalisms and a great time. We cannot express our heartfelt appreciation enough. So, we thank you for a wonderful experience at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama. If your time was not filled with joy, it's your fault. Everything was bad, since my arrival it took me 2 hours to do my checkin, the guy of the towels never appeared. The food is very poor and bad. It says you have room service 24 hours, but there is no way to contact the restaurant as the phone doesn’t work. There was no light at the elevator, so it was completely dark when you have to use it. Terrible experience

The staff, especially the Kitchen staff but specifically Goergina who made our omelette every morning, very pleasant… as many guests she tends to, she remembered the type of omelette and how we like it made, very impressive. Would have loved to have activities onsite.

I have stayed at several all inclusives throughout the Carribean- this was by far the best. Staff was very helpful and friendly to any request at any time, rooms were big and clean and quiet. The A/C unit is relatively loud, but thats normal. It was a nice unit with options for A/C, fan only and dehumidify. We ended up putting it on dehumidify when we were gone for the day, and just turned it off at night. The food is spectacular here, really good. The four restaurants all had excellent four course options. The breakfast buffet was standard breakfast options. Pools are nice, the beach is not the best, but we didnt spend much time there. Perfect for a three day weekend.

We had a perfect stay! After reading the reviews we were hesitant but having experienced it ourselves, I feel as is we were at a different place than others. The only thing, I agree with is that the infinity pool could use some repair/maintenance and that you have to plan your time swimming in the ocean. *I recommend watershoes for the ocean. That being said, the grounds, staff, food, drinks, tour (half day Panama Canal/City) with Panamazing from the resort were great! We just loved the Bordeaux restaurant! Try a Panama water (alcoholic drink) at the bar and mimosas at breakfast!

Worst food I've ever had at a resort and I definitely got sick and heard of others there that also got sick from the food. I ended up paying for Ubers to leave the resort to get food because I genuinely felt there could be multiple health code violations. Super not worth paying for an all inclusive if you can't eat the food. Food from the previous dinner day was served as the buffet lunch, found hair in my food multiple times, I ordered tea to my room and poured water from the kettle to the cup and GUNK started coming out and I looked on the inside and it was straight caked to the sides. It took over an hour and a half for the tea to even make it to my room after stating it'd be there in 15-20 and knocked aggressively right as I laid down to sleep. I got up to get the tea because I felt bad for it to go to waste - then that happened and I just went to bed.

Friendly staff, clean surroundings, food is okay. Resort location is quite peaceful and secluded, if you need to getaway from city life. Don't expect five star accommodations for 3 star prices but its safe, reasonable and comfortable. Recommened, I'll return.

Grounds are beautiful the location is great. It’s very quiet but still close to the city. Rooms are good but some parts of the hotel need a little TLC. Food is pretty good but limited options. Overall I say it’s an average 3-4 star all inclusive experience. If your used to 5 star this probably is not for you.

Two hours after I checked in the front desk called my room 4 times accusing me of not paying for my transfer. The next day their was a leak coming from upstairs and my entire floor was flooded. I had to switch rooms LOUD AC AND MILDWE SMELL AWFUL

The dated property is evident right from the lobby. The main pool is missing so many sections from the floor it’s surprising they allow it to remain open. 2 restaurants and a buffet but the buffet pretty much serves everything you find at the 2 restaurants. The room is very standard, our fridge didn’t work and the curtains left a gap for sunlight to creep in. We got bit by bugs in and around the room so after one night we decided to leave early.

The hotel is beautiful very clean. The food choices for it to be a dreams hotel was very limited. The desert and fruit area was very limited. The staff moved with no urgency. Having to chase somebody down in the restaurants so they can at least take your drink orders. When going to the “preferred” areas for food there is little to no staff which lead us to not staying and going to the buffet. We payed for preferred and didn’t get to fully enjoy it. The preferred bar by the pool was great tho. The bartender he was great ! Everyone was very friendly though. The most upsetting part was being woken up at 8am multiple times throughout the stay by housekeeping asking if we wanted our room cleaned ! Overall it was a nice hotel just lacked staff and service

The Rooms are nice but moldy and towels have stains impressing improper laundry. Overall it is a beautiful property and will definitely go back there as well as recommend it to everyone. Keep up the work in improving it.

Here’s the good the bad and the ugly. The good: weather and location were great. Many of the service and bartending staff were nice and accommodating. The bad: The whole property is in serious need of an upgrade. The privilege pool area was fine but the regular pool had tiles missing and you can cut a toe on the bottom surface. Rooms could use some upgrading but overall, the housekeeping staff kept them clean. Although, they never provided more than 3 towels for our family of 4. The ugly: The food was definitely subpar for any all inclusive resort we have been to. No variation in food and just plain bad. Pretty sure the Alfredo pasta at Portofino was a lean cuisine frozen meal. Their beef dish at Portofino was the beef lasagna, which was dry and over done. We were offered a special wine room experience for free one night, later to be told it was an additional $300, which our friend paid in cash, and the managerial staff claimed that they could not refund due to it being on a credit card. Later she admitted it was on her pocket. Not Dream quality at all. We have been to many in Mexico, and this doesn’t even remotely care.

This hotel urgently needs some investment! The location is great but you can see they run it on lowest cost possible. Nothing compared to a dreams in Mexico. Main staff is great, but the sales people from the unlimited club are beyond annoying
