"Fantastic location - excellent staff - great value"
Our room was very modern, very nice. The bathroom was more than adequate. The staff was extremely helpful - and did a fantastic job for the 6-8 rooms that were in the hotel. (The hotel is in a much larger building that houses businesses, residences and so on.) The antique elevator was amusing - and extremely small - but worked just fine! The location was VERY near the Vatican - and just a few blocks from the heart of Rome. Giorgia and Lilli were wonderful - and brought lovely breakfasts to our room each morning. A tip if you arrange transportation through them - they expect payment in cash - you can't use a credit card. And do NOT use a driver named "Luca." He was young and surly and didn't speak more than one word to us - and he dropped us off at the wrong terminal at the airport, requiring us to figure it out and finally find a shuttle that would take us the long way to the correct terminal. He didn't seem to understand "US Air." Conversely, however, the gentleman that picked us up at the port in Civitivecchia was exceedingly nice - very sweet man who gave us a tour on our way to the hotel!

"Nice hotel, friendly staff"
This hotel provided a lovely base for our visit to Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was lovely and we felt like we were treated very special. Everything was top notch except the room could have been a little brighter. Overall we loved our stay here.

"Friendly, comfy, clean and great facilities"
All round great hotel on the second floor of Via Muzio Clementi, lift available. The reception ladies were super sweet and helpful too, gave us a map of the city and advice on the useful busses. My friend and I shared a twin room and there was ample space for us both. The bathroom was really well equipped and spotless. This road is also a fantastic location for getting to the Vatican and Piazza Navona and also Piazza del Poppolo (all walking distance) and busses from Piazza Cavour to the Colosseum and Campo Fiori. Close to the river and plenty restaurants/coffee shops nearby. The room has water, kettle, coffee maker and if you have brekkie it is in the room for you in the form of croissants and various spreads. Also a TV with all Italian channels. They will give you a key if you are returning after their reception is unattended (7pm) and if you want your room cleaned and beds made then vacate by 11.30am.

"Interesting B&B in great location"
I booked late and was pleased to get a room so close to St Peter's at so reasonable a rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room which my two teenagers felt was novel. Our triple room was not en suite so that might prove a problem for some but we did have out own bathroom down the corridor. The only negative was the heat which seemed to overwhelm the A/C but neither of my two kids complained.

"Excellent modern hotel in a prime location"
Hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is continental but you can have as much as you like and the cappuccino coffee is to die for! The Hotel staff are very accommodating. They noted my girlfriends 30th birthday cards and left a bottle of pink champagne in our room free of charge. All in all we had a fabulous time and I would definitely stay at this hotel time and time again.

"Beautiful Hotel in Rome, perfect"
A classic Hotel that is very central to everything you need to see in Rome, most things are well within walking distance and if not there is a Metro right beside the Hotel, breakfast on the 5th floor overlooking Rome is just the way to start the day.

"Great Hotel in beautiful Downtown Rome Location"
If your main purpose to is visit the Vatican and surrounding area, then this hotel is probably the best place to start your Rome Adventure. Very friendly staff, clean linen each day and a lovely roof top bar is just the welcoming touch to this hotel. The area is not nearly as touristy as other areas of Rome and you notice right away that the people in this area of Rome really do care about you as a person. Restaurants are abundant and not all that expensive, serving essentially Italian cuisine. There is even a small night club near by for Friday and Saturday entertainment. I would highly recommend this as a great little hotel from which to enjoy central Rome.

The world's smallest country, Vatican City is dominated by St Peter's, Christendom's largest church. Michelangelo's humbling 'Pietà' and his Sistine Chapel ceiling frescos are among the world's greatest works of art. The Aurelio area is named after the ancient Via Aurelia, the main road that connected Rome with Spain, and is convenient for visiting the city's sights.
