"The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The girl who checked us in and all the staff were professional, helpful and always available. The entire property was truly amazing. Words can't describe the beauty and character of it. "We had a excellent stay, Ivo the host was just amazing. Perfect view of the valpolicella valley. The only thing I recommend is renting a vehicle, we travelled by bus and we were limited to walking distance wineries."
