"we enjoyed the rustic nature of the stay. Delicious warm bed, bathroom with all that you need, nice loung area. Kitchen was spacious. Some great touches…. Friendly cows, lovely view of farmland, plenty of firewood for the slow combustion heater, Even in the pouring rain that we experienced we felt cosy. Nice dog space for our old dog who cant go up and down stairs. Flat out to the grass."

"The house was within walking distance of shops and looked better than the photos. The yard was fully fenced which wasn't completely obvious from the photos. Beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped. Shame about the draughts around the doors."

" Very cosy and homely, lots of nice extra touches in my room like pot plants, toaster, microwave, ironing table and iron, nice biscuits etc . Comfy bed. All for a great discount price, stayed 3 nights. Easy walk to centre of town , quiet area . Would stay here again for sure ! "
