    "There is parking which waa great. The room was clean n the frig n microwave n TV were in good shape n worked. Hallway waa dirty n had an odor on the 3rd floor n it wqa noisy late at night. Needs a little bit of an upgrade but u cant beat the price n the location in the tenderloin district! I walked everywhere n it was close to stores n all parts of San Francisco! Lots of homeless people around but not a problem. Had a Great time in the city!!!"
