The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

I normally stay at some of the bigger brand hotels on the Palm but I had a very positive experience at Royal Central Hotel. I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.

Spa What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely. The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌 Staff Staff are so friendly and helpful, helping with many things, never turn you down, they go above and beyond. Stay was pleasant and well staffed. Breakfast has an Indian theme and is well prepared with lots of options. Location is in the middle of the city. There are plenty of other options if you would like to stay at a location on or by the water.
