"No amenities. A beautiful patio outside with no furniture. Our air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was adequate. No pictures or artwork and a sterile environment. Place has potential if the owner made a bit more of an effort. Has a close proximity to the center of Lecce."

"The hotel is well presented and has a lovely lobby and dining areas. It is situated for a short walk to the old town, the waterfront and the train station. The hotel room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Chocolate hour is a real treat and should not be missed. The spa was great and reasonably priced. I booked an hour of private usage which included the steam room, dry sauna and whirlpool. The spa has a great view of the old town and sea view. I would definitely return to the hotel."

"Poor breakfast. SCrumble eggs looked terrible. No plants outside. The paths were covered with gravel and there was no vegetation along them. The paths were not well maintained or clean. The bathroom amenities were very limited: there was no body lotion, no tissues, and the toilet paper was of poor quality"

"If there were more stars available we would give them more. The staff, location, amenities, condition, comfort, cleanliness - all a "10+" If you're looking to get a true feel of the area, this is the place to stay. Convenient to the parking lot, shopping, restaurants. Arco Basso - could not be happier with our stay at Palazzo Calo and Maurelli. We will tell our friends and we can't wait to come back! Grazie Mille."
