He went the extra mile by walking us to the shuttle pick up spot which was Les than 1 city block away. It is beautifully preserved in the late medieval to early renaissance style. That means cobbled narrow passages with irregular footing. This hotel is 1 block from bus station including bus 37 to airport. Excellent continental breakfast plus she will make you eggs. "
