"Great Place!!"
This was a darling B & B. The rooms were very nice, clean, well equipped. It is very centrally located…easy walk to Trinity College, Fleet Street, Grafton Street and lots of other sites. Don't plan to arrive before seven a. m. They are not open!!! But once we got in everyone was very helpful. Jerry O'Neal is the owner and is a great guy.

"A Brief, But Lovely Stay"
I was in Dublin for a conference and chose this hotel for its location - it's right across the road from Trinity College and very central generally. I was a little concerned about possible noise levels with the accommodation being above a public house but I had no need to worry. I took ear plugs, which were not really necessary, and I had a very comfortable night in a very clean and bright room. The bed was enormous and very comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and the bathroom large and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in and the food in the pub was fresh, tasty and inexpensive. I was only there for one night but I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Dublin.

"Great stay"
Really enjoyed our stay, family room was a good size, very clean, hotel is modern, staff very helpful and informative, breakfast was good. Parked around the corner at a discounted rate of €16 per day. Walked to the shops along the quay, and got a taxi back from temple bar for about €8. Nice bar in the hotel and the ferryman pub is on the corner. Easy to find if you come via the port tunnel. Would stay here again :)

"Phenomenal"
Very clean. Room was hot during the day and cool at night but who stays in the hotel during the day? The sun rises on the face of the hotel (the side the enterance is on) which is why it gets a bit hot. Close the curtain and turn on the A/C and its fine (if you must stay in). Enough shops around area to eat a bit and a number of buses that route two blocks from the hotel. There is a taxi stand across the street. Sitting on the corner opposite of the hotel is an amazing park. You can rent bikes but you need a chip bank card or a rental card (I cant remember the name of the rental box) and the rental card takes a week within Ireland to reach you - outside give longer. 4 blocks up is a convenience store and close by is some night life areas. Safe area - fairly active during day and early evening. Im a single female, 20s, traveling alone and felt fine walking at 11p-12a at night. Not a night life person anymore but I could hear people on the street until 1 or 2 am some nights. The people on the street were not really loud - I sleep with my windows open. When I closed my window strip it blocked out almost all noise from the street (every once in a while an ambulance would go by - could still hear those). Breakfast is an extra charge. There is a self set PIN activated safe in the room. Not much drawer space and only a few hangers in the room. Wonderfully hot water. Potable water in the room. Hope I covered some stuff usually lacking in reviews.

"Excellent value for money"
It is a former Holiday Inn and the hotel still reflects this standard. Had a great city break in Dublin. Very easy to walk around. Temple Bars only 10 mins away. Bargain with Expedia.

"Good location and friendly staff"
I stayed in a female only 6beds dormitory for one night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly big and not too noisy at night as it was not facing the main street. The location was excellent, very close to Temple Bar area and Oconnell Street, many bus stops, including the bus to/from the airport. I would recommend this hostel to people who are looking for budget accommodation in central Dublin
