Nice reception/sitting area. Useful car parking. Easy access into the city using the tram a couple of mins away but very little around the hotel. Room was more disappointing and not as well equipped as it could have been. The fridge was crammed into a cupboard which was difficult to open/close. Bathroom was a bit grubby (see photo). We were unable to check out the spa as access was locked and keycard didn’t work - as it was short stay, we didn’t enquire at reception. Stay was fine for one night but not sure I’d stay longer and feel that the existing ratings are a little generous.

Room was very spacious. Room service very attentive. Refrigerator was refilled with chips and water daily. Breakfast was included. Good location. Walking distance to the duomo.
