The Lake Como area is dreadfully overcrowded in summer but Lenno is not so bad. Very glad we stayed there but could still visit places like Bellagio and Como. The faux-surly waiter is very funny.

This was a beautiful hotel right on the waterfront and near the ferry. Perfect spot to look around Lenno or goto Bellagio. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was out of place and very well maintained. Dinner was amazing to top off a lovely stay. Thanks.

Nice property, clean and very well situated on the water by the ferry terminal in Lenno. Rooms spacious. Good breakfast and bar service. Dinner was okay, but somewhat pricey.

Fantastic service from all staff. Nice room with partial lake view - did not disappoint! Lots of breakfast choices. Dinner was amazing. The pool area could be busy late afternoons, but we still found a spot and the water was lovely.

All good except there was no wifi in the room. Restaurant meals were beautifully presented but very small portions and the most expensive in the town. Breakfast was adequate but unimaginative, the coffee was cold and the scrambled eggs burnt.

A hidden gem by Lake Como. The surrounding is peaceful, beautiful with very friendly locals. Hotel is right off the Lennon ferry dock, and walkable to a beautiful villa with gorgeous garden. Movie set location - star war and casino loyale. Highly recommended stay if you want to relax and enjoy lake como.

Beautiful and conveniently located hotel
This is a beautiful hotel. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgable, friendly as well as professional. She let us check early, gave us boat schedule and gave advice on activities and restaurants. The best part of the hotel is that the boat terminal is situated right in front so you can go anywhere on Lake Como. We were traveling in off season (end of November) so parking was plenty and free of charge. The views from the hotel room were breathtaking and totally worth the upgrade to the lakeside room.

Charming older hotel in excellent location- large corner room w updated bathroom, we had amazing views of the lake and surrounding hills. Fantastic spot for getting the ferry to tour Lake Como - steps from marina Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and so peaceful. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly which made the hot nights quite uncomfortable but this was the only negative of our time there. Food was delicious. A very special hotel!

Great quiet location. Just across the street from the ferry that takes you anywhere in Lake Como. Walking distance to "Villa Del Balbianello". Beautiful view from the room. Most amazing breakfast and one could not ask for a better staff. Parking is in the garage and very safe.

Wonderful room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como, the Alps, the villages. Convenient to all villages via boat taxi. Great restaurants in Lenno. Would highly recommend to our friends.

Wonderful location. On the lake off the main road. Quiet. The lake boats stop in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in walking distance but the hotel restaurant is excellent.

Best Hotel
I could not believe how lucky we are to pick this hotel. I cannot imagine a better hotel in this area. Location was perfect next and overlooking the lake. It gives you a feeling of living in your own villa. We slept with the windows open with the curtains blowing with crisp air in March. The rooms are big and bathroom is updated. It's in a small village and gives you a feel of how the locals live. Near local restaurants and the church bell at 8 am sets the tone for your own private villa in Italy. 3 nights is not enough so we'll have to come back.

Lovely staff, hotel and location
I went to this hotel with my friend for a weekend break. The hotel is located perfectly on the lake, we got a lake view room which was perfect! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep us going until lunch. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and assist us throughout our trip.

The is a great hotel in lake Como. Well priced, good facilities in a quiet beautiful little town on the lakes banks. Highly recommend. Will use again if ever get chance to see such a wonderful part of the world.

Hotel had everything we needed
Me and my wife had a one night stay, traveled from Milan. We enjoyed a walk along the lake (which was right next to the hotel), there was a market on (Tuesday's) and plenty to see etc. We relaxed by the bar with a few drinks and watched the world go by. There was a swimming pool but we didn't use it. The evening was spent at the hotel, dinner was excellent and room was very comfortable.

Stayed here with my husband and our two dogs over Easter weekend. The town is small, sleepy and lovely. It's only a short walk to Villa del Balbianello, and is directly across the street from the ferry stop. That's a plus, as the ferry will take you anywhere you want on the lake, but it's a minus because the people who gather there are noisy if you've paid extra for that lake-front room. The hotel does offer a free breakfast, but it's quite mediocre. Great fresh orange juice, but other than that, blah. And the room could really use an update from the 1980s bathroom and 1975 bedroom. Not only weird, but please get rid of the headboard with the vibrating bed choices and please provide more outlets, now that we're in a new millennium.
