The only negatives we had about the property was that it could do with somebody to give the windows outside a good clean remove cobwebs on the glass. But the positives were: The amazing Regan at reception he couldn’t possibly have done any better for customer service as he has is an excellent attribute to your business. Also to the morning staff in the kitchen at the butter factory for breakfasts These are the two reasons we will certainly be coming back again so we just hope that your team of staff continue the excellence in customer service .

Was very impressed with all of the amenities and the building itself. Room was fantastic and everything was clean. Loved the food in The Butter Factory and the service was above and beyond. A special shout out to the lovely lady in the restaurant (Narelle? Sorry if incorrect), she was amazing. I will definitely recommend this establishment.
