The room was good. The mattress was uncomfortable, but I was too tired to complain. Only one night there, so no much to experience.
Breakfast was good, and the restaurant seemed nice.
The smell from the close sewage plant was hard to missed but I understood it only works late at night.
Ironing only available at a cost; but maybe the only thing missing all the basics were made available
The hotel is very clean, however it is in the middle of nowhere. If there happens to be a function on, they will close off the dining room etc to paying guests. The Wi-Fi is beyond slow. Good in the restaurant was poor. I got entrecôte which was mainly gristle. Breakfast had a good spread but everything was cold
Above average hotel, reception staff excellent, breakfast staff average but ok.
breakfast overpriced , hot food lukewarm ,coffee machine below average, used to be properly made coffee of which you expect in spain.
Lovely hotel, very clean and bright and restaurant food is amazing. If I had to give a negative, we stayed in room 207, directly above reception and you could hear the staff sometimes through the night talking and shutting doors. Would stay at hotel again but not that room.

Very average hotel in the middle of nowhere. Pool cafe not open during stay which was disappointing. Much nicer places to stay in the area.
I enjoyed an amazing October half term break with my daughter.
Room was perfect, two huge single beds that were very comfy, air-con, fridge and large wardrobe. Room spotless, cleaned and towels replaced every day. Terrific views of the salt lakes/pink lagoons. Enjoyed many cocktails at the Terraza Pink Cafe. Staff very helpful - ordered many taxis for us!
All the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant and the sports bar were very good. Th3 staff in the Pink bar need sacking. Rude and unhelpful
Great location to visit local areas. Marta was extremely helpful with several requests.
Buffet needs much improvement. Low quality for price.

To my mind the WiFi was really slow, The Mattress was not Firm as you would like it to be , I had a big Roach in my room . However I will recommend this hotel for everything else
Clean and tidy well presented hotel.
Reception staff, bar and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff not so much unfortunately… and not much on offer for breakfast most days.
Rooftop bar looked stunning but was sadly closed during our visit which was a shame as we would have loved to sit sitting cocktails up there.
Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms - definitely take earplugs!
Hotel itself is lovely overall just the restaurant wasn’t great…and the rooftop should really be open when sunny as that was our reason for booking this hotel!
The property was new and clean and the rooms were very good. The heating controls did not work in any of the rooms. The food was generally poor, and staff appeared not to understsnd hospitality; -the guests were their problem.
It's location (proximity to the autoroute) was ideal for getting to and from the various splendid golf courses in the area. The hotel accommodation and excellent service continues to make this my preference in hotel choices when visiting region.

Gym had no AC. Parking was EUR 16 per day despite being parking at the front of the hotel available all day. Restaurant wouldn't take bookings until it openned at 8pm then they would only do bookings for the next 30mins despite it being empty. Towel hire is EUR 10 but when we returned the towel at the end of the stay the hotel wouldn't refund without the small slip they gave as a receipt originally. Weren't told we had to keep this. Staff poorly trained and didn't know much about the hotel facilities or how the hotel worked.

Here we will respond by points to your comments:
- The price of parking is 6€ per night, not 16€ and for people who prefer to leave their car on the street, we have free external parking.
- Restaurant reservations when the restaurant is closed are made at the reception and can be booked at any time since the reception is open 24 hours.
- The rental of the towel costs 3€, 10€ is just a deposit and when the towel is returned the 10€ is returned,

Unfortunately with going on a Sunday upstairs bar by pool was closed, and massages all booked for the day and then was closed Monday morning so could not have one before we left. Breakfast was Spanish and English which was very good and staff very helpful and pleasant, would definitely go again, booked a superior double with king size bed and bath with salt lake views, the room was perfect.

If the pool on the roof was heated it would make an outstanding winter break. It's a beautiful area which is not being utilized fully.
