Very good location in downtown Toronto. Bathroom was large and shower had a nice rainfall water head. Rooms were spacious. The ceiling had a lot of visible dust in the room, it could use a cleaning.

The reception was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Converted warehouse vibe with wood beams and high ceilings.

I had a perfectly fine stay at this hotel—I was in Toronto for a conference and chose to stay somewhere nearby that was cheaper than the expensive conference hotel. It met this purpose but I would try somewhere different next time. Some things to note: there’s no real reception. You enter through the restaurant and sign in at a desk under the stairs. This made check-in a tad uncomfortable and it was a bit jarring at times to come and go through a crowded restaurant. The room was clean enough, but the most scrupulous would have worried about the floors and some mould in the shower. While no smoking, this is obviously a building that did previously have smoking; other unappealing odours occasionally wafted through the rooms, halls, and main area.

I found the property of lesser value than a larger chain. The location was good. It was quiet, even though it was overlooking Spadina Streetcars. The WiFi was poor to non-existent at times (mostly in the evening) There is a small rod to hand stuff on, but little else where you might store your things. There were a few real negatives: 1-My room door stuck on closing, so a couple of times I found it ajar. Once when I was leaving, and once when I came home 😬 I had to be sure to pull it closed, or it would not close. 2- the control handle on the shower came off in my hand. 3- there was a dangerously damaged electrical box under the TV stand. I will post images if I am given the option here.

The room was beyond anything I had expected for the price I paid. Beautiful, amazing bathroom, extremely comfortable bed, huge room …. Really nicely decorated, I would stay there again for sure. Just don’t buy the sorbet it was insanely expensive hahaha
