“"Great location, large rooms, excellent for the price"”

This is not a fancy hotel but who cares? The rooms were large, location was great, staff very helpful, and great value for money. We have stayed at more upscale hotels in Toronto but will be only using this one from now on.

“Great Location, but needs renovations”

I frequently stay in this location when in Toronto because of its convenient location and affordable rates. The staff is attentive, well-trained, welcoming. My only wish is that Marriott would update the property with properly functioning, modern AC units and more efficient elevators. All said, however, I will stay there again because of its convenience.

“Convenient and comfortable”

My husband and I went to see a football game, at Rogers Centre. Many restaurants, in walking distance, shopping right outside of hotel, friendly service, and clean, comfortable room. It was a little noisy, at night, as our window faced the main drag, and it was Halloween weekend, but did not keep us from sleeping. I would recommend this hotel. Very good price for the comfort and location.

Lots of construction. GPS is helpful, if you have one.

“A COMFORTABLE AND REASONABLY PRICED HOTEL”

I've stayed at the Courtyard many times. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fitted with the Marriott's excellent bedding and mattress. The main restaurant is very good, and the hotel has added a much needed snack bar. The lobby has been spruced up with a new contemporary look, although the halls on residential floors could use some renovating. A subway stop is just around the corner, making the location quite convenient. Staff people are very friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable, so if you don't need a lot of glamour, I'd surely recommend the Courtyard.

“Poor service. Worn out hotel.”

Room not ready. Had to argue to get my free breakfast. Room was very worn out. Good location, but I would not recommend.

A full cleansing of each room is most important to us, and must be completed prior to any guest checking in. I also understand your concern for the appearance of our guest rooms. They are traditional in look and while they are kept clean, they may appear worn at times. “very good location”

very good location, easy access to public transport, but lacking some amenities like safety deposit box inside the room, no mini bar or fridge, they dont provide lotion toothbrush/toothpaste, they should at least give compimentary bottled water,

“Good hotel”

Positive: Nice, big room, bathroom is separated. They know how to apologize if things do not happen the right way. We were offered 4 free breakfast because our room was not ready at time of arrival (at 6pm), in addition they sent room service with a bottle of champagne and a cheese platter and while we were waiting in the bar the drinks were free as well. GM also apologized again a day after on the phone - great.... then after all things can go wrong and it's refreshing to see a hotel stands in for its errors.
