The rooms are dark during the day and quiet,as a Shift worker it was one of the Best I have stayed at.The Hosts Angela and Daniel made you feel welcome.I hope every time I have work in Toowoomba,that I will be able to stay there.

Hi Ron, Apologies you weren't satisfied with our late check-out policy. As we explained to your wife, we do charge a small fee for this at late notice, as we were fully booked out on the day of check-out, which your wife declined. We did try to contact you on the night of check-in with no response and catered to you staying with leaving the key out, which is against our Policies, as you paid via Virtual credit card and we were unable to sight any ID and also having you bring your children without advising us of extra guests. The motel team has promptly responded to our special request which was ready at arrival. We had a great experience, the kitchen facilities are great and the area very quiet and ideal for a peaceful night. Will definitely stay again when back to Toowoomba. Thank you Angela and team!

The room had everything you could think of , Netflix a big tv , air conditioner , fan , touch lights , even a peep hole and chain for door , and the room is quite nice and luxurious, a nice size shower , nice size little apartment for our night stay , i would highly recommend staying here , and the lady at reception was lovely ,all in all i would give Northpoint Motel 10/10 , and the location is good too , a hotel across the road and shops behind motel

Love this place. I’m a repeat customer. The room and bathroom were spotless. Best thing which every accommodation place should be made to do by law for hygiene reasons is … no carpet. Stop wasting time researching where to stay … just book this. You will not be disappointed.

I liked the rear automatic gate exit to avoid main road entry / exit in traffic. The only thing I didn't like was some of the supplied toiletries in the dispensers were empty. Otherwise couldn't be happier. I plan to stay there again in September & November
